There is a news article today about a young boy battling cancer. The wording says “his” before the leukemia. It is bothersome to me to see such possession placed on a disease and makes me wonder if that possession makes it more difficult to overcome. Not to slight the struggle that many have with cancer and other diseases yet it seems if possession of anything negative is held then the release and ability to overcome that is even more difficult, more stressful and more debilitating.
If the possessive word is removed from the voice, from the text then maybe there would be a sense of freedom without the ownership.
Just a thought. One I try to follow with the negative in my life. The debt is simply past expenses. A property I want to sell is simply the property, not my property. It eases the stress a bit and I also think, it allows the universe to line the positive results up in a direct pattern. May not be in the time frame we want, however without possession, we can actually step aback and see the line forming.
